Phonetic Alphebet

I tried to post this earlier, but it didnt seem to post…
I wanted to point out that ‘Juliet’ ‘Foxtrot’ and ‘Papa’ are all part of the phonetic alphabet. thats has to be more than a coincidence.
If this riddle drills down to a location, It cant be longitude and latitude because they dont use letters.
What the Foxtrot!???!!

everyone knows the phonetic connection, Alpha Sierra Sierra, now its a matter of applying it to the riddle.
I first thought “Papa” apperaring after the ‘musician’ might have something to do with the “Mammas and Papas” but I cant get that piece of the puzzle to fit anywhere – probably a rabbit hole.
